How to lose wrinkles

Many people are curious about how to lose wrinkles in your skin. The most common cause is aging, exposure to the sun (catching ultraviolet rays). These cause damage to your skin.

Drinking plenty of water is the easiest way to lose those wrinkles. Drink 6 – 8 glass of water everyday to keep our skin rehydrated.
Eating Healthy fruits and veggies will reduce your wrinkles. Fruits and veggies have natural antioxidants, protecting your skin.

Exercise! Sweating is good for your health and skin. Sweating keeps the pores clean and removes toxins and other waste products.

Quit smoking. Smoking breaks your collagen and elastin and dehydrates your skin.

Get enough rest. Your body is like a machine, too much work will cause problems and even permanent damage.
